Mark Burgoyne

Mark joined the firm in 1994 as a livestock fieldsman where his knowledge of cattle was soon evident. By 2002, Mark had progressed up to be he his current role as cattle auctioneer. Now a partner in the firm, Mark continues to lead the auctioneering of the cattle whilst still running the family farm in South Shropshire.
Martin Clack

Martin became an auctioneer at an early age serving his ‘apprenticeship’ in the now closed Kidderminster Market, to become a specialist Sheep Auctioneer but with a wide range of experience of selling cattle and farming deadstock alongside rural professional work.
Robert McCabe

Having developed a career in Farm Management in Derbyshire, Rob moved to Shropshire in 1989 before later joining Nock Deighton in 2005. Rob became a partner of the firm in 2009 and now leads the Rural Professional Department. He is principally involved in AMC applications, agricultural and rural property sales, valuations, business management and advising landowners and investors generally.
Rob is an RICS Registered Valuer.
James Neame

A farmer’s son from near Much Wenlock, Shropshire, James graduated from Harper Adams University College in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture and Environmental Management before going back to study an MSc in Rural Estate and Land Management. James began his career in 2012 working for a firm in North Shropshire working primarily in Wales. In 2016, James joined Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP as a Rural Surveyor and has since become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
James joined the partnership in 2020 and specialises in agricultural tenancy matters, planning and Basic Payment Scheme and grant work.
James is also an RICS Registered Valuer enabling him to undertake a range of valuation work.
Camilla Whitehouse

Camilla joined Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP in 2016 having completed a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. A farmer’s daughter from near Stottesdon, Shropshire, Camilla joined the firm as a Graduate Rural Surveyor and has now successfully completed her professional accreditation with the RICS and has become a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Gaining experience in all areas of professional work, Camilla has a keen interest in land based schemes, valuations and planning work.
Camilla is an RICS Registered Valuer enabling her to undertake a range of valuation work.
Frazer Tudor

Frazer joined Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP in July 2023 having completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Veterinary Bioscience at Aberystwyth University. Deciding to pursue a career as a rural surveyor and land agent, Frazer joins Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP as an apprentice surveyor and will be studying an MProf in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University alongside his work.
In addition to studying for the MProf in Rural Estate and Land Management, Frazer is working towards achieving his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a member of the RICS and a member of the CAAV.
From South Shropshire and with a keen interest in agriculture, Frazer has worked on farms in the local area and is a keen member of the local young farmers club.
Paul Taylor
Livestock Fieldsman

Paul brings a practical perspective with a keen eye for livestock and works primarily in sourcing livestock for weekly prime stock sales and regular store sales.
Paul works primarily in Wales and is the Market Manager at Newcastle Emlyn.
