Our specialist Professional Services team is registered and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which requires rigorous standards of entry, continuing professional development, appropriate complaints procedures and professional indemnity insurance.
Our qualifications, experience, local knowledge and emphasis on personal relationships, means we are instructed by clients from all walks of life, from our core farmer base to international banks to local solicitors, from experienced investors to first time buyers. We provide RICS 'Red Book' valuations for any purpose in connection with rural dwellings, land, farms, diversified property and estates .
We undertake a variety of planning work from new agricultural buildings and conversions to residential, commercial and a variety of other uses. With in-house drawing software, we are able to provide the full service from start to finish.
Our team also specialise in land management including the preparation of farm business tenancies, grazing licences, commercial tenancy agreements and common law tenancies.
