Confirmation that the orginal planning permission has been implemented within the time period as set out on the original consent has been received from Shropshire Council in a Certificate of Lawful Development dated 22nd December 2014 (reference number :14/04550/CPL).As the permission was during 2002, it is understood that no affordable housing contribution is payable, although prospective purchasers should make their own enquiries in that regard.
