Pork, cutter and bacon pigs, along with cull sows and boars are sold from farm to abattoir on a deadweight basis.
Weekly collections of live pigs are also held at the Livestock & Auction Centre. We have regular outlets for finished pigs and achieve competitive prices for our pig vendors.
Paul brings a practical perspective with a keen eye for livestock and works primarily in sourcing livestock for weekly prime stock sales and regular store sales.
