We take any complaints against us as a firm or an individual extremely seriously and hold detailed complaints handling procedures as required by our professional accreditations.

In the first instance, complaints should be directed to Graham Taylor or Rob McCabe. Initial approaches may be made verbally, however, you may be requested to put any grievance in formal writing to us so that we may consider it more fully.

In any circumstance, a copy of our detailed complaints handling procedure is available to you on request.
